Domestic & International Shipping

Learn about our various shipping options for both Domestic (USA) and International shipments.
Domestic Shipping (USA)

All orders received before 3pm EST will be shipped out the same day. Any orders received after 3pm EST will be shipped out first thing the next business day.




USPS First Class (Free Shipping)- This is our standard FREE shipping method for orders within the USA. This method is fast and free; you will receive your package in just 3-5 business days.


USPS Priority Mail- Slightly faster than USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail will arrive within 1, 2 or 3 days. To see exactly how long it will take to receive your package using this method, simply visit the USPS website and take a look at the Priority Mail delivery map, and put 14616 as the origin zip-code. Upgrade to USPS Priority Mail for $5.


USPS Priority Mail Express- Our fastest shipping method guaranteed to arrive 1 business day. Ship with USPS Express Mail for $25.


Selecting Your Shipping Method

We offer a variety of shipping options depending on price and how quickly you want to receive your product. To select a specific shipping method, simply select the option you prefer during checkout. International Shipping

USPS First Class International- Our standard international shipping option, USPS ships to over 180 countries worldwide. The standard shipping rate for USPS First Class International is $10, and the estimated delivery time according to USPS is 7-21 business days.


USPS Priority Mail International- USPS Priority Mail International takes between 6-10 days for delivery. As with the First Class International option,  Priority Mail International ships to over 180 countries worldwide.

Order Processing

All orders placed before 3pm EST are processed and shipped out the very same day. Orders placed after 3pm EST will be shipped out the following business day.

Once we receive your order, you will receive an email of your invoice/ receipt for your transaction. You will then receive an email containing your USPS Tracking number once your package has moved through shipping.

Secure Payment Processing

Carbon Fiber & Co. uses Stripe secure payment gateway with 256-bit encryption to ensure each transaction is completed safely and securely. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover), Apple Pay, and PayPal.

All payments are securely processed through either Stripe or PayPal, depending on your preference. We understand how important your payment information is, so we never store any of your sensitive payment information.

Carbon Fiber & Co. Return Policy

At Carbon Fiber & Co. we stand behind our products with a hassle-free return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply send the product back in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

A full refund will be processed the very same day the product is received back into our inventory. Refunds will not be processed until the product has arrived at our office and has passed inspection to ensure the product shows no signs of use. Carbon Fiber & Co. is not responsible for any return shipping costs.

Returned products must not show any signs of use, and must be in perfect re-sellable condition. This includes the retail packaging that the product was packaged in.

How Do I Exchange My Item?

As with returns, Carbon Fiber & Co. offers a hassle-free exchange policy. If you would like to exchange a product for another, simply contact us. Include your order # and details for the exchange.

Exchanges will be processed the very same day in which they are received in our office.

Any product being exchanged must not show any signs of use, and must be in perfect re-sellable condition. This includes the retail packaging that the product is packaged in.

Shipping fees may apply for international exchanges.

What Is The Refund Process?

Carbon Fiber & Co. offers a hassle-free return process. If you do send your product back for a full-refund, you will receive your refund within 24 hours of the product arriving at our offices.

Returned products must be in perfect re-sellable condition along with their retail packaging.
